"Update 3: After refinancing my vehicle I needed to send some information to the new finance company. I texted my request and Bryanna responded quickly sending me the necessary information. I love that I can send a text and get the same service I would receive if I were on the phone! Great customer service. Update 2: We are back with State Farm and the Fabio Fernandez team after a 2 year hiatus with another company…the other company could no longer save us money so we are back to saving and excellent customer service! Denise was awesome to work with. There was a lot of back and forth to figure out what would be best but she got it done and we couldn’t be more happy to be back! Update: The team at Fabio Fernandez is AMAZING! I really enjoyed working with them. Unfortunately, I have had to change insurance companies to save money and well my 22 year old has been costly!😉 Ayline and Wendi have always been fabulous to work with and if I based my decision solely on customer service I would still be a client. Hopefully in the future we will be back! Wendi is awesome! I’ve made 3 changes in the last month and I just called to make another change and she is always so helpful. The rates speak for themselves!
